All registered candidates are required to complete the Political Leadership Training Program. This mandatory course is designed to equip you with a clear, practical understanding of Nigeria’s political environment. The training covers core topics essential to lawmakers including electoral law, campaign strategy, governance structures, public accountability, and the responsibilities of public office holders.

The Political Leadership Training Program will be taught by skilled lecturers and experienced politicians through online Zoom sessions. Once you register as an aspirant, you will be grouped into a cohort and will be notified when your classes are scheduled to begin.

At the end of the program, all participants will take an exam to assess their understanding. Those who pass the exam will be further screened through an interview with a panel of experts. Successful candidates will then be notified if they are selected to receive campaign support from the TAC team.

This process isn’t just about ticking a box — it’s about making sure that every TAC candidate is stepping into leadership fully informed and properly prepared.
