What is TAC?
Take Action Campaign (TAC) is a national, youth-focused initiative that prepares young Nigerians to run for public office. We don’t just encourage youth participation in politics—we back it with real tools, practical training, and strategic support.
TAC is an initiative of the Youth in Parliament Forum (YIPF), a civic organization committed to reshaping Nigeria’s political future through informed, responsible, and youthful leadership.

WHY TAC EXIST
Young Nigerians are often told they’re the future—but the future never arrives if no one makes room for it. Despite being the largest demographic in the country, youth remain grossly underrepresented in politics.
TAC exists to change that—not through protest or noise, but through serious political preparation.
We want to see more youth contest, win, and lead at every level of government.
We don’t fight old leaders. We train new ones.
Youth Are Ready But Disconnected
Millions of young Nigerians are passionate about fixing the country, but they lack access to the political knowledge, networks, and systems that make real participation possible. TAC closes that gap by turning interest into action.
Leadership Is Too
One-Sided
For decades, decisions have been made by a narrow group of political actors who don't reflect the age, energy, or experience of most Nigerians. We exist to shift that imbalance by preparing a new class of public servants.
Change Doesn’t Happen by Chance
We can’t wait for power to be handed down—we have to organize, plan, and compete for it.TAC equips young Nigerians with the tools to contest elections and lead with competence, not just hope.
